Refund Policy- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item/s in order to receive a full refund. If it is after the 30 days, store credit will be issued. Items must be new

Delivery Policy- Hornets Nest does not offer delivery. You can select pick up in store or select the shipping and your items will ship directly to you.

Return Policy- You have 30 days to return your merchandise. If it is after the 30 days you will receive store credit. The items must be new.

Cancellation policy. Hornets Nest does not accept cancellations on any orders.

Shipping policy - You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, we will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you. Shipping fee are non-refundable.
